Hub Digitalization Supervisor

　　Mission

　　Lead digital project development and digital platform upgrade and enhance digitalization level of operation system. Achieve the goal of manufacturing system intelligent upgrades by implementing standardized digital modules and forming interconnected digital networks.

　　Your responsibilities

　　You will identify the opportunities for digitalization among units in the NAS hub by collecting and analyzing requirements from local businesses and transforming them into digital projects based on a technology feasibility study and investment vs. benefit analysis.You will support and coordinate digital flatform development according to Hub's digital strategy and continues to optimize the digital roadmap based on feedback and learn lesson during project deployment.You will standardize digital flatform by integrating different requirements form standardized digital modules and support subsequential spreading out among all LOUs.You will regularly review the operation status of a digital system and continuously to upgrade and maintain a system to reach a better performance to meet requirement of the business;You will support outsourcing digital project, assess the capability of the supplier, clearly present the business requirement with the specific technical document, coordinate the process of development, and ensure the system go live timely.You will align with global digital strategy and adjust the local requirement to global policy and meanwhile ensure local digital flatform compatible with fundamental systems, like SAP, DPS, HVLMP, etc.You will organize digital project experience sharing among LOUs and constantly develop the competence of the local digital team through internal training, external communication, etc.Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity means taking responsibility for your actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

　　Your background

　　A bachelor's degree and major in industrial engineering, computer science, software engineering, etc.Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as VB/VBA, VC/C++, Python, etc.Proficient with MS SQL or MySQL databaseFamiliar with UI design, client development, database programming, know web server construction.Familiar with web servers, network, data security, and another related knowledgeMore than 5 years of experience as the lead of digitalization in the manufacturing area and familiar with operation process.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Proficiency in both spoken & and written English language is required.
