Here at GXO, we're looking for a QA Analyst to join us on a full-time, permanent basis, based on our head office in Northampton with the opportunity for some hybrid working. You'll work as part of our HRIT function, supporting us from a quality assurance and testing perspective on our journey of the systematic improvement and optimisation of our HR technology landscape across Europe.

What you'll do on a typical day:
Create test plans and oversee test execution and defect management across various functional streams, providing reports to project stakeholders Participate in the review of project deliverables including requirement specifications, functional design documents and technical design documents Oversee all aspects of quality assurance including establishing metrics, applying industry best practices and developing new dashboards/processes to ensure quality goals are met Act as key point of contact for all QA aspects of releases, providing QA services and coordinating QA resources internally and externally
What you need to succeed at GXO:
A proven track record as a QA Analyst within the payroll, HR or time & attendance space Experience in testing core HR integrations implemented using SuccessFactors A background in testing payroll projects implemented using SAP PY, SuccessFactors EC Payroll or ADP Payroll Good understanding of the software development lifecycle
