What We Do
The HRIS Architect will Participate in the design, development, coding, testing, debugging, and maintenance of Workday software for Human Resources related business applications. Responsible for middle-tier (enterprise wide/global) implementation and integration with wide variety of vendor and company-specific software. Specifically, responsible for Workday technical administration and Integrations/Reporting (including Cloud Connect, EIB, PRISM and Workday Studio).
What You'll Do:Responsible for all phases of the Workday integration lifecycle.Design, build, test, and deploy application solutions, utilizing appropriate Workday tools.Troubleshoot issues requiring in depth expertise in the Workday solution.Create and maintain Custom Studio & Boomerang Integrations.Create and maintain BIRT templates from scratch.Facilitate the design and testing of Workday Security globallyWrite high quality and well-documented code according to accepted company standards.Leverage advanced security knowledge to facilitate business operations (including business process, integration execution, reporting, etc.).
What You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experienceWorkday Pro Certification preferred (Integrations, Reporting, Studio and or Core Connector)7+ years' experience with Workday is required.Expert knowledge of all Workday integration toolsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to multitask and prioritizeStrong organizational or Project Management skillsObject-oriented programming experience, with knowledge of XML, XSLT, X-Path and/or web servicesAdvanced Microsoft Excel, Access and/or SQL Server knowledge to support ancillary applicationsSpecific platform experience in Workday Studio, EIB, and BIRT ReportingDemonstrates technical experience with management and integration of HR and Payroll related dataExperience with governance processes, including change control in accordance with ITIL standards
Pay Range: $66,980 -$130,020This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
