Summary:
Oversees and administers the Company's HR Systems serving as the primary point of contact; coordinates and oversees HR IT initiatives and projects, ensures compliance with Company policies and guidelines
Responsibilities:
Serves as primary point of contact for the Company's human resources systems; provides advice, guidance and training to human resources personnelEnsures that all required information and business processes are maintained per company policy and required compliance; collaborates with internal partners accordingly.Works with internal business units to identify needs and updates the system to fulfill those needs; assists with evaluating new system deployments and makes recommendations to existing programs.Makes recommendations for the development or modification of systems, processes, and reports that may improve the overall performance of the Company.Evaluates and analyzes the impact of system configuration or process changes for the business, and recommends communications, training and enhancements.Leads aspects of system implementation and upgrades, including configuration, support/enhancement packs, system training, data integration processes and testing.Identifies process changes to improve the efficiency of HR systems; makes recommendations accordingly; tracks customer needs and industry related trends; makes recommendations accordinglyDevelops, implements and delivers training programs/guides for human resources personnel; provides ongoing support as needed.Keeps HR Management informed of current projects and initiatives, including status updates, priorities and change management needs.Provides timely communication of critical events that need to be considered and/or addressed by Management.Provides human resources systems expertise and provides statistical data as neededProvides on-going HR reporting; evaluates and fulfills needed requests; ensures security, protection and sensitivity of HR data.Provides support in resolving escalated cases or tickets, as it relates to HR systems.Completes other duties, including special projects, as assigned by Management.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, MIS, or another business-related field is preferred.
Experience Requirements:
Previous Workday or HRIS Experience highly desired
Skill Requirements:
Demonstrated expertise with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other MS Office suite applicationsExcellent communication skills and the ability to research and resolve issuesWell organized with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesCapable of working in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detailAbility to learn new products and technology quicklyGood understanding of intra-department functions and operationsAbility to perform repeated bending, standing and reachingAbility to occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
