Job Description Your Career
We are hiring a HRIS Analyst with validated experience in Workday HRIS and/or similar enterprise HRIS platform. You will be part of a growing and dynamic team with an opportunity to work on challenging and exciting projects as we continue to grow. In this role, you will partner with HR management, IT and internal partners to analyze current practices, lead the implementation of new functionality, and enhance processes by using new and existing technology.
As a member of the HRIS team, you will be part of an elite team supporting Palo Alto Networks’ HR strategy, and providing global Human Capital Management systems to all HR functions.
This role requires a critical thinker who creates creative solutions and can execute tactically while maintaining a view to long-term goals and company objectives.
Your Impact
Lead the ongoing design and implementation of new functionality in Workday – from creative enhancements to the roll-out of end-to-end automation initiativesDemonstrate your continuous improvement and innovative mindset to identify, recommend, and improve current systems and processesWork actively on production support tickets and provide response and resolution in agreed SLA timelinesWork closely with COE Leads, functional leads, managers and technical teams to gather requirements, recommend, design and implement solutions, and ensure user ease of adoption Qualifications Your Experience
6+ years of experience working in a HRIS team or equivalentGood in organization and project management skillsGood understanding of the HR ecosystem landscape how integrated systems work in a highly tech enabled spaceShould possess sound knowledge of Workday fundamentals which includes and is not limited to - Core HCM, Business Process Management, Security and Custom Reporting and DashboardsShould have hands-on experience of working with Workday EIB, RAAS definitions and Core ConnectorShould have good experience working on PECI/ PCOF IntegrationsShould have hands-on experience of working with Workday Onboarding and Absence Management functionality (that includes end to end implementation from design to deploy stage)Exposure to Workday Time Tracking, Talent Management, Bi Annual Release Testing is good to haveExpertise in Core & Advanced Compensation is highly preferredSkilled at working with cross-functional/ regional teams to understand and address functional and data-related requirementsAbility to influence adoption of the optimal approach at all levels and drive the seamless delivery of projects through strong project management capabilitiesProven ability to build great relationships and convey and debate design rationale - Emphasis on thought partnership and collaborationSolid knowledge of HR systems structure, functions and processes - Sound understanding of interdependencies between various systems and downstream impactsAbility to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a global, dynamic environment – adopting an iterative design process - we move fast, we listen, and we adapt, quickly incorporating feedback and collaborating relentlessly Additional Information The Team
