Who We're Looking For: HRIS Analyst
Are you passionate about building, implementing, and optimizing HR solutions? Zendesk is seeking a HRIS Analyst to join our HRIS team. We are searching for an individual who is eager to learn, listens attentively to our customers, and is committed to delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a HRIS Analyst, you will play a crucial role in making systems and processes simpler and more effective, ultimately being a valued partner for our internal customers.
What You'll Be Doing:
Assist in the exploration, evaluation, and recommendation of system improvements for various HR tools and processes.Work on capturing, building, and testing requirements for multiple modules within Workday, including HCM, Compensation, Time Off, and Absence Management.Contribute to quality control measures for mass data uploads, ensuring compliance and data integrity.Provide functional support to end-users, assisting in troubleshooting and resolving system issues.Participate in the delivery of training sessions and documentation for HR and other end users.Contribute to and support special projects from initiation to completion.
What You Bring to the Role:
1+ years of experience within an HR or IT team, involved in implementing and supporting HR systems, with basic knowledge of Workday HCM.Exposure to building, configuring, and customizing Workday modules, with a focus on at least one of the following areas: HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence Management, Reporting, or Security.Previous experience supporting users of a Human Capital Management (HCM) system is desirable, coupled with an understanding of HR processes.Familiarity with developing test scripts and executing test plans and procedures.Demonstrated ability to build and modify reports.Ability to work on projects requiring interpersonal and time-management skills.Maintain a high degree of confidentiality and sensitivity to compliance-related matters.
