  We are looking for a HR Business Partner to support our global E-commerce product development team, where you will partner with a number of cross-cultural teams and leaders to refine our end to end approach to our most important asset, our talent. This includes working on a variety of different initiatives from designing and delivering talent management and developing programs. The solutions delivered will not only help drive our performance-oriented culture but also our business objectives.   About the team:

  TikTok's Global E-commerce Product Development Team is a global R&D organization having representatives in China, Singapore and US. Here we have the most talented product R&D talents responsible for building an E-commerce ecosystem that is innovative, secure and intuitive for our users. Currently there are three teams having workforce plan in Singapore: (1) Governance and experience dedicated to ensure a safe and trustworthy marketplace for our buyers, sellers, and creators; (2) Data Intelligence aims at driving business achievement with seller, creator and operations by most advanced level of data solutions; (3) Infrastructure and SRE team to ensure TikTok E-commerce's services are reliable, fault-tolerant, efficiently scalable and cost-effective.

  Responsibilities

  1. Design and implement strategic HR projects, including but not limited to new employee onboarding initiatives, mentorship upgrades, new leader landing program design, cross-cultural leadership drive etc.

  2. Collaborate closely with business and HR team in driving the program implementation, upgrade design and feedback collection. Taking ownership of program whole lifecycle and drive delivery.

  3. Provide HR support on daily people topics, such as: RTO5, workforce planning coordination, local people process consultancy and provide feedbacks to respective supporting functions.

  4. Provide consultation to employees on HR policy and company guidelines.

  5. Diagnose and analyze HR issues upon business ad-hoc needs, deliver timely feedback and solutions to business.

  Qualifications

  Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree, preferably in Human Resource, Business Management, and other related fields.

  2. 3-6 years of experience in HR at Internet giants or MNC with at least one HR domain experience. HR projects (L&D, Talent, leadership etc.) or HRBP experience is highly appreciated. Fast paced internet company background with good understanding of R&D is also appreciated.

  3. Attention to detail and results driven.

  4. Resilient and adaptive towards a fast-paced working environment.

  5. Strong cross-cultural competency.

  6. High maturity level and being absolutely trustworthy in handling data or info with high confidentiality, able to provide fair judgement according to company guideline or people process.
