Reports to: HRBP Manager - SC Sourcing Unit
Job Scope: The HR Business Partner Supervisor supports the delivery of the People Agenda for the specified function, working closely and supporting the overall agenda with the wider HRBP team. The incumbent will also need to work directly with Function Business Leaders, advising on all HR issues and ensuring the effective execution of change. He / she will look at the 4 pillars of executing a successful people agenda: Organization, Skills, Talent, Culture. In addition, he/she will use knowledge and management of HR Information Systems to provide insight and ensure data reliability.
Role & Responsibility:
1. HR Partner for Business Unit:Day-to-day HR Partnering operations (employee communication, people movement, talent management, culture building, team activities)Eyes and ears on ground for people concerns.Works at both the organizational and individual level to assess learning & capability building needs.Uses insight for HR interventions and people solutions.Works closely and collaboratively with other HRBPs, Employee Experience, and HR Expertise teams.2. Training and Development Programs:Collaborate with the HR Manager or Director to assess the organization's training needs and develop training programs accordingly.Working closely with People Development to create skill matrix and develop plan to close skill gap.Assist in the design and development of training materials, modules, and resources.Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and other learning activities.Manage the logistics of training, including booking venues, arranging equipment, and coordinating with trainers or facilitators.Stay updated on learning technologies and recommend solutions that enhance training efficiency and effectiveness.Maintain training records and track employee participation and progress.3. Performance Management:Assist in the implementation of performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance appraisals, and development plans.Work with managers to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training interventions.Collaborate with managers and employees to identify career development opportunities and support the creation of development plans.4. Manufacturing Administration:Support Manufacturing in related administration tasks as assigned i.e. office renovation, working shop.5.
