About the Role
The purpose of the role is to be an agile, connected and accountable partner to the Site Leadership teams enabling growth and performance through focusing on the five pillars of our Global HR Strategy: Continuous Learning, Disruptive Approach to Talent, Inclusion & Diversity, Speed, Focus & Simplicity & Fulfilling Employee Experiences for the market. In addition the role holder will be an integral part of the wider team partnering the Scotch Category and Global Supply Chain & Procurement.
Responsibilities
The role will cover our operations in Blackgrange (Alloa) & Cameronbridge.
Partnering with and coaching business leaders to be able to add value through seeing each scenario through the lens of both the business objective and how the people strategy drives and facilitates this
An innate curiosity to understand what drives the business and how the varying agendas across each function and business area contribute towards driving the Category forward
Successful collaboration and influencing across a variety of stakeholders at all levels, resulting in strong and positive outcomes.
Change and project management skills (including influencing change)

Excellent talent judgement – ability to assess talent gaps, and suggest actions needed to strengthen succession plans and talent pipelines

Requirements
Educated to degree level
HR or CIPD qualification
CIPD membership or equivalent demonstrable experience
