Work you'll do
Assist with the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of dataTranslate data analysis findings and research principles into written documentsWrangle and transform data through the use of databases, spreadsheets, and queriesServe as domain knowledgeable resource in advising Deloitte team and client on tools and techniques to improve the development, collection, analysis, and reporting of informationIdentify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reportsMaintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products Assist in proposal development, as requested Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clientsDevelop reports and/or dashboards and queries against enterprise level systems to answer key human capital questionsUtilize an analytics platform to develop tools and visualizations to help client leadership make data-driven decisions

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelor's degree required Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required Strong analytical skills (use of Microsoft Excel, Macros and/or Access to analyze data)Statistical analysis experience (use of statistical software such as SPSS, SAS, Stata, MATLAB, R)Visualization Experience (Tableau, PowerBI, Qlik, etc.)Strong presentation development and writing skills (e.g., proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Word)Strong written and oral skills requiredExperience in one of the following areas: Statistical Analysis, Quantitative Data Analysis/Reporting, Database Querying
