Scope: HR Transformation Project Assistant Manager to play a crucial role in driving and supporting our organization's HR transformation initiatives. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead project activities, and contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies that align with the overall business goals. This role requires a combination of project management skills, HR expertise, and a forward-thinking approach to drive positive change within the organization.

JOB PURPOSE
This role is to support SU Transformation projects in both Minburi and Gateway sites, including support Sr. HRBP Manager - SU on key HR initiatives and projects.
JOB DESCRIPTIONS
Project & Change Management: Support and manage SU transformation projects and key HR initiatives/projects in both Minburi & Gateway sites from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and achievement of project objectives. Develop and maintain project plans, identify critical milestones, and proactively manage risks and issues. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Drive change management initiatives, fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement. Communicate project updates, milestones, and changes to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and engagement throughout the process. Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including HR leaders, business units, and external partners. Solicit feedback, address concerns, and ensure that project objectives align with broader organizational goals. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience 5 years in HR, HR Business Partnering especially experience in project and change management. Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels. Good logical thinking, able to think on-feet. Good problem solving skills, able to provide solutions/workarounds for issues faced. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
