Tallinn CSS offers supply chain management, financial and HR services for Northen Europe and Great Britain countries. This drives continuous improvement of productivity and service quality, which ultimately helps the Business Units to be more successful on the market.

　　Your responsibilities

　　Support HR team with different administrative tasks.Delivers HR Service support to HR community, managers and employees.Communicates information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers as needed. Prepares information and documents for external authorities and partners (social security, income tax, etc.).We are living Hitachi Energy core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

　　Education or obtaining education in HR related fieldExcellent communication skills in English written and spoken, other Scandinavian language strongly preferredGood knowledge of MS OfficeGood communication and team-work skillsPro-active and can-do mindsetReadiness to spend 6 months as a trainee in the company
