What You'll Be Doing:
Project Management:
Lead the charge in managing and enhancing our HR Technology Systems (HRT or HRIS) globally, from conception to completion. You'll be the orchestrator of moderate to high complexity projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals and timelines. Your responsibilities include:
Establishing project goals, milestones, and procedures.Developing detailed project plans with a keen eye on resource allocation.Providing regular updates and facilitating effective communication.Controlling and evaluating changes to project scope, schedule, and costs.Optimize processes and recommend enhancements to boost HRIS functionality.
Stakeholder Collaboration:
Forge strong relationships with various HR Centers of Excellence (COEs), Business Units (BUs), and external partners.Understand and scope out business problems and requirements.Collaborate with HR Technology resources to design and implement HRIS solutions.Ensure alignment with project goals and objectives through effective communication and collaboration.
Change Management:
Lead change management strategies to drive the successful adoption of HRIS solutions across the organization. This includes:Working with Change Managers and stakeholders to execute strategies.Providing training and support to end-users for optimal technology utilization.Addressing and mitigating challenges encountered during system implementation or upgrades.
What Are We Looking For?
Proven experience in HRIS implementation and project management.Problem-solving prowess with a fresh perspective.Understanding of software development lifecycle and project management methodologies.Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies is a plus.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment managing multiple projects.Project management certification (PMP) is a plus.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.PMP and/or Agile Practitioner certification preferred.Lean Six Sigma (Green or Black Belts) certification is a plus.Exposure to HR, Payroll, Workday is advantageous.Prior experience with Workday and ServiceNow is a plus.
