What You'll Do
Ensure an outcome for a product is delivered that meets the requests from stakeholders while managing change impacts of the deliverable to other business processes. This requires a fundamental understanding of the business and its constraints (financial, marketing, compliance, legal, service, the customer environment, the technical capabilities, the user experience, etc.) in order to provide a solution that satisfies all stakeholders and customers.Actively manages and escalates risk and customer-impacting issues within the day-to-day role to management.
How You'll Do It
Collaborate with the HR Compensation and Benefits stakeholders on key product considerations which are Workday and ServiceNowLeverages customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance and risk data to define product features and roadmap in partnership with other Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).Align with product vision, features, best practices, and roadmap.Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives and Key Results (OKRs) for the configuration team and ensure alignment with senior leadership team (e.g., Senior Manager, Director, etc.).Create and/or maintain key product documentation (e.g., customer journey map, configuration specifications, process mapping, etc.).Identify and defines key non-functional requirements (e.g., security, availability, performance, etc.) to achieve necessary product metrics.Own definition of Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and features/user stories for product delivery roadmap in-line with the OKRs of the greater product vision outlined by SPO and/or Business Director as the final decision maker for product scope.Build and prioritize product enhancements log to achieve OKRs and continuously keeping the log up to date through collaboration with the configurations team.Ensure product features and processes align with applicable Discover compliance, risk and quality management standards, including releasing security patches not linked to customers.Define functional and non-functional product requirements to ensure complete, clear and consistent source of requirements for the configurations team.Create and validates user story acceptance criteria by defining appropriate testing frameworks for product features (e.g., execute unit testing, facilitate user acceptance testing, collaborate on functional performance testing, etc.).Work with Data Stewards in their respective Line of Business (LOBs) to ensure required data quality controls are identified and implemented; inspecting and evaluating product progress through each iteration.Partner with Business Technology to create technical features that are required to continuously optimize system components and underline infrastructure maintenance.Build a culture of accountability and ownership by collaborating with the configurations team to set target implementation timeline and monitor progress; manage dependencies with other team's functions while identifying, building, and fostering strategic partnership across different product teams.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field4+ years of experience in Product, Business, Technical, or relatedIn lieu of a degree, 6+ years of experience with Product, Business, Technical, or related

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $100,000.00 to $139,600.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
