In Selection & Performance Measurement, HR Systems Developers provide expertise to project teams developing and implementing HR processes in areas such as selection, performance evaluation, succession planning, and staffing. This includes developing customized and large-scale selection and performance measurement process and consulting HR project teams on the use of these processes. The HR Systems Developer reports to the Manager of Selection and Performance Measurement.
Additional responsibilities include the following:providing HR expertise by consulting project teams as a subject matter expert, conducting research, analyzing data, and making recommendations about how systems should be designed, implemented, and useddrafting and developing HR tools and processes that aligned with the business strategy and meet legal requirementsproject managing and coordinating efforts with other business areas (and outside consultants) to develop and implement large-scale HR processes andworking with operational managers and business areas to develop and implement customized processes.
Required Qualifications
Master's degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or related field or equivalent experienceone (1) year previous experience with the development and implementation of selection and performance measurement and successfully applying HR concepts in a business environmentknowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)advanced knowledge of and ability to successfully apply HR concepts including statistical analysis, research design, selection tool development, performance evaluation design, adverse impact, and how HR systems are integratedexcellent written and verbal communication skillsability to communicate complex HR concepts to othersability to assume a leadership role and project manage major projectsexcellent organizational, time-management, and prioritization skillsstrong analytical, research, decision-making, and problem-solving skillsability to think strategically and creativelyability to be flexible in dealing with a variety of situations and assignmentsability to work independently and productivelyprofessionalism and an ability to maintain confidentiality

Year End Bonus
As a year-end bonus to associates, Publix issues one month's extra pay (pro-rated in the first year) each year if associate remains employed through issue date of the bonus check that year. This is calculated as a 13th month of pay in the Potential Annual Pay with Bonus line above.
