We are now looking for a HR Specialist at Hitachi Energy. This is a temporary full-time position (until May 2025) and the location for this role is Vaasa. The key purpose of the HR team is to help Hitachi Energy stand out when it comes to our people - from leadership, performance and talent management to rewards and career opportunity. As a core member of the HR, you will be responsible for delivering HR Service support to the HR community, business managers and employees. Reporting to the HR Operations Lead, you will provide a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders.

Your responsibilities
Execute and deliver assigned services to the HR community, managers and employees in compliance with all standard operating policies and other procedures in place, and according to defined Service Level Agreement(s).Communicate information within the HR Operations team and to other stakeholders regarding progress of assigned processes. Record and manage incoming employee enquiries in an appropriate IT system (ticket tool). Perform data entry into appropriate systems as necessary for assigned HR Services. Prepare information and documentation for internal and/or external third parties. Recommend enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on feedback and experience with customers.
Your background
Master's or Bachelor's degree in HR, Economics or related fields Previous experience in HR Operation and /or HR Project managementStrong experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and HR systems (SAP HR skills is seen as advantage)Data analysis and ability to deal with complex organizationExcellent written and verbal communication skills both in Finnish and English.Customer service mind-set and a proactive way of workingReadiness to learn quickly and adapt to changing environment.Ability to move in an international environment and balancing different stakeholders
