RESPONSIBILITIES:
The HRSC Processor is responsible for the ongoing support with researching and processing tasks related to Form I-9 compliance. The Processor will also be responsible for other organizational HR compliance-related work as assigned such as owning HR Shared Services process and procedural documentation and special projects.
Stay current on all employment law changes within municipalities while working with compliance processes such as I-9 non-compliance and other areas as assigned.Actively analyze, identify, and make recommendations for improving and maintaining HR Shared Service process and procedural documentation.Manage and maintain workload within published Service Level Agreement pertaining to accuracy, deadlines, regulatory standards, and keeping the customer foremost in mind.Follow standard practices and procedures in reviewing situations from which answers can be readily obtained.Serve as backup for team members as requested.
QUALIFICATIONS:
High School/GED.1 + years relevant work experience.Communication Skills: Advanced speaking and listening skills for effectively sharing and responding to customer inquiries.Detail-Oriented: When ensuring that work is compliant with standards and when maintaining records.Proven track record of consistently delivering well-above standard service levels when interacting with employees from various backgrounds and experiences.Proven track record of effectively and efficiently maintaining organization, meeting deadlines, and consistently performing quality work per HR Shared Service standards.Proven track record of resolving intermediate to advanced problems using HR Shared Service process and procedural documentation with limited direction.Advanced level of Microsoft Office 365 programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.Working experience with E-Verify and Oracle OFAP a plus.
