Job Summary
The HR Services Associate acts as a subject matter expert resources to provide customer service supporting to managers and employees by responding to employee inquiries (HR case or live chat) and project initiatives. This role will be primarily responsible for executing HR processes and services, data management in HRIS (Workday), partnership with payroll team for employee movement data, benefits operations, vendor management, supporting audit, all local statutory requirement and other operational assistance where needed.
Responsibilities
Support the APAC Benefits, Rewards, Payroll operations team to achieve operational excellenceHandles and resolve Rewards and Payroll related escalationsEnsures high-quality standards for all activities, initiatives, and tasks within the designated functional area(s) of responsibilityAdheres to all service level agreements (SLAs) established by the HR functional area(s) / team(s)Appropriately documents case details and relevant information in the case management systemCoordinate in between different HR operational team to ensures and maintains data quality of employees' information in HRIS (Workday) and ServiceNowAddresses operation issues and provides regular feedback to team membersPerform various type of report
Operational Excellence
Responsible for the knowledge base and HR Systems navigation to resolve employee and manager queries including Workday and HR libraryUnderstands and executes on SLA and KPI'sProvide excellent customer service, high quality resolution and consistent support of standard processes by following documented work instructions and ways of working guidelinesUnderstands and follows compliance requirements for SOX, Employee Data Governance and other policy requirementsEnsures data accuracy and integrity with all transactions, communications and stakeholder support
Project Management
Participate in global projectsProvide support to translation validation as needed
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years working experience in human resources operations, preferred in hi-tech company and experience in APAC regionExperience in HRIS data maintenance experience. Knowledge of Workday is preferredGood understanding of HR payroll processTeam oriented, detailed oriented, and proceduresProblem solving and resourceful, self-driven and ability to work independentlyMust exhibit strong security and confidentiality practicesProactive, meticulous and committedGood team player and able to work with staff at all levelsProficient in English
