As a Global HRBP Reports Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing comprehensive support to Global Human Resources Business Partners (HRBPs) by ensuring accurate and timely reporting. This position requires a keen understanding of HR data, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The primary focus will be on generating, analyzing, and presenting HR reports to facilitate data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What a typical day looks like:
Report Generation: Develop and generate regular and ad-hoc reports related to key HR metrics, workforce analytics, and talent management for Global HRBPs.Utilize HRIS and other relevant tools to extract, compile, and organize data to create insightful and actionable reports. Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform strategic decision-making.Collaborate with HRBPs to understand their reporting needs and customize data analyses accordingly. Data Accuracy and Integrity: Implement and maintain data quality checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of HR data used in reports.Work closely with HRIS administrators to resolve data discrepancies and implement corrective measures. Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with Global HRBPs and other stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and provide support in interpreting data findings.Communicate insights and trends effectively, both in written reports and through presentations. Continuous Improvement: Stay abreast of industry best practices in HR analytics and reporting and recommend improvements to existing reporting processes.Actively seek feedback from HRBPs and other stakeholders to enhance the relevance and impact of HR reports.The experience we're looking to add to our team:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.Proven experience in HR reporting and analytics, with a strong understanding of HR processes and metrics.1 to 3 yrs of experience.Proficiency in HRIS and reporting tools (e.g., Workday, Tableau, etc.).Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Fluent communication skills, both written and verbal is mandatory.Ability to work collaboratively in a global and cross-functional team environment.Here are a few examples of what you will get for the great work you provide:Paid Time OffHealth InsuranceMR03
