  We offer a learning development program where you can transform your classroom knowledge and develop your skills throughout all areas in the hospitality industry.

  As a Talent Rockstar, you will:

  Contribute to the Selina recruitment/onboarding process for interns and managers

  Enhance the onboarding experience for interns and managers

  Learn to develop External relations with Universities

  Assist the campus recruiters in the forecast of interns for locations and regions

  Marketing vacancies via multiple platforms and social media

  Work closely with Hiring Managers across the region to understand their needs, supporting them through the recruitment process and managing expectations

  Conducting initial vetting and shortlisting candidates for hiring managers

  It only takes to be:

  Currently enrolled in the universityBe fluent in English and Spanish At least being able to complete 4 months of internshipAble to provide a university letter confirming the internship periodReady to learn and have fun, but more importantly to immerse into a brand-new definition of Hospitality.
