Key responsibilities
Taking advantage of digital recruiting resources
Constructing internal recommendations
Handling interviews
Aiding with new-hire on-boarding paperwork/orientations
Conducting various administrative duties
Stocking and filtering candidates through various sources and platforms
Developing copy and posting job opportunity advertisements Requirements - Able to work independently as well as part of a team with flexibility and willingness to learn and to take initiative on variety of tasks and projects
2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience
This position will be best given to someone who is highly professional; able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivityHave prior experience in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
Comprehensive knowledge of Full Cycle Recruiting
Ability to quickly write reports, business correspondence, user instructions, and procedure manuals
