About HR Recruiter

Description We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in the non-profit sector, located in Escondido, California. This role will entail a variety of responsibilities ranging from candidate sourcing and screening to offer management. This role provides a short term contract employment opportunity, offering the chance to develop and utilize a wide range of skills within the recruitment field.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen potential candidates, using a variety of methods such as the ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and Careerbuilder.

• Coordinate and facilitate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and interviewers.

• Manage candidate experience, ensuring all interactions are positive and professional.

• Handle offer management, from extending offers to negotiating terms and finalizing details.

• Uphold employer branding standards, promoting our organization effectively and accurately.

• Compile and analyze reporting and metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

• Maintain compliance and record keeping, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations.

• Utilize the Kronos Timekeeping System and Microsoft Excel for various administrative tasks.

• Conduct background checks and manage other benefit functions as needed.

• Oversee documentation and manage hiring processes, ensuring all practices are fair and transparent. Requirements • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter in a non-profit organization

• Familiarity with the ADP - Financial Services system

• Proficient in using ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode for HR operations

• Proficiency in Careerbuilder for talent acquisition

• Experience with Kronos Timekeeping System for HR management

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel for data management and reporting

• Familiarity with About Time for task management

• Experience in conducting Background Checks in compliance with legal regulations

• Knowledge of Benefit Functions and their application in HR

• Ability to manage Documentation related to HR operations

• Familiarity with different Hiring Processes and their implementation in recruitment.
