Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The Role is responsible to support for a Latin America Scope transition phase (80.000 employes LATAM); coordinating work planning, risk management, project governance, issues reporting, etc. and support process architecture within the project.
Guarantee the OLAs & SLAs stablished with the market.
Responsible to garrantee the cuality of documentation for the Design Latin America activities and consolidate the information on time.
Your Impact
As GBS Transition Specialist your functions would consist of
Participate on all the transition phase(Transition Orientation, KC, KT, Knowledge transfer and Rampup). He had accompanied all phases of the transition and in Knowledge Capture will be responsible for all the documentation of each process within the transition: Process Maps, DTP, Ola, SLA and worked with these documents in Vision, Epiplex and Service Now.Ensures project is delivered on time and with measurable quality results.Creates and maintains project management deliverables for the project including workplans, project timeline, project charter, risk / issues / and lessons learned.Creates project workplan.Develops project schedule.Documents project risk and issueEstablishes project changeEnsures compliance of Transition Methodology.Support process architecture within the project. Flow Charts, Narratives, SIPOCs, KPIs, OLA, SLAs, etc...
Qualifications

Bachelor's in engineering, Business Management, System and /or Administration Technology ManagementAdvanced English level (writing and speaking)Software Knowlegde: Office 365 tools (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)Project management.
