The HR Program Specialist will be working hands-on with the many operational elements of Talent Acquisition including Systems & Tools, Recruitment Processes, and Diversity Recruiting. You will be responsible for the execution of key Talent Acquisition projects & programs from start to finish. A successful candidate will be into managing the details, they will love data & reporting, and will be connected through communication to successfully drive program efforts.
WHAT OUR HR PROGRAM SPECIALIST ENJOYS MOST
Program Management responsibilities include the management of the day-to-day operational aspects of all assigned TA Programs including planning, managing, and executing programs from start to finish.Systems/Process Support responsibilities include managing the implementation, training and support of new Talent Acquisition tools, systems, and processes such as owning the recruitment coordination process, systems and services to ensure a great candidate and new hire experience.Partnering and leading Diversity related recruitment initiatives including managing our participation and attendance at Diversity recruitment events including those at the local and national level. Heavy emphasis on managing existing program initiatives (Veteran and Intern) for the Customer Operations business unit.
This role will lead from an experienced program/project management lens ensuring consensus from stakeholders to drive successful implementation and execution of key programs. You will enjoy both managing programs at the task level and communicating regularly on the status of programs to the broader HR team and leadership.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years Talent Acquisition Operations or Recruitment experience.Education: Bachelor's Degree in human resources, psychology, or related fieldTechnical skills: Strong PC skills including MS Office - expert level in Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with analyzing and interpreting data.Skills: Critical thinking and problem-solving skills required.Abilities: Prioritize and organize effectively and manage multiple projects and assignments, ability to develop strong working relationships with peers and project members, and proven ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment.Travel Ability: Minimal - Ability to travel as needed.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, CAPM or CPMP certifications not required, however considered a plus.
