Job Overview
TE's HR Solutions Partners function in a variety of Human Resources activities including employment and employee relations, recruiting, termination and data analysis/metrics. They implement Human Resources policies at the country, regional or global level partnering with management to drive company-wide programs and initiatives.
What your background should look like:
Role Statement
Take responsibility of Organization Effectiveness, Culture & Engagement, TA, L&D, ER and other HR related work for MED Suzhou plant, will focus on talent acquisition (B6 group), people development, employee engagement, communication and etc. to help business development.
Key Responsibilities/Objectives
Be responsible for talent recruitment process of production director labor and other B6 IDL, including the on boarding and exit process.
Lead site training management, including annual plan, build up internal trainer team, coordinate China TM, driving training effectiveness and follow up improvement.
Work on site talent development program
Be responsibility for site employee communications.
Support HRM to handle ER cases.
People engagement activities design and implementation.
C&B related work such as OP salary structure upgrade, OP performance bonus plan management, year-end merit planning, labor cost analysis, etc.
Work with HR share service team and sure site people life-cycle well implemented
Other HR related work assigned by HRM.
Key Qualifications, Experience and Knowledge:
Bachelor's degree or above.
35 years HR experiences, especially 2 years C&B experience in manufacturing enterprise, familiar with DL talent hiring and engagement.
Strong sense of responsibility, good communication skill.
Self-driven, good attitude, independent, proactive, and result-oriented
Good reading and written English skill.
