The hourly rate for this position ranges between $23.00 - $26.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

What you'll do and achieve:
The successful candidate is a self-starter who is eager to expand their skills within Human Resources in support of the full team member lifecycle, and likes to get things done. They are resourceful and can adapt in a fast paced environment.
With a focus on tactical HR Operations activities, they will work on a variety of HR functions such as:
Workers Compensation and Leaves of Absence Benefits processing and documentation Unemployment claims and verification of employment Review and approve HR action forms to ensure accuracy and consistency Act as the first point of contact for team member HR queries Sort, distribute, or take action on incoming mail Leverage HRIS systems to run reports and keep team member records accurate and up to date Support HR Operations, Systems, and HR Business Partners with additional projects and tasks as needed
Requirements
What we'd like you to bring to RAS:
1-3 years of experience in an HR roleComfortability with technology with experience using systems such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate across all levels of the organizationAbility to collaborate and contribute to a strong, cross-functional teamSelf-directed learner with a 'can-do' attitudeStrong customer service skills with ability to think quickly and creatively to solve problemsAbility to exercise tact and diplomacy in handling sensitive situations and the ability to keep sensitive information confidentialProven work ethic and sound judgmentPreference will be given to applicants with experience in Benefits administration
