　　Hitachi Energy is seeking for a HR Operations Specialist for its Raleigh, NC location.

　　Your Responsibilities:

　　Processing HR requests related to Employee Life Cycle (from hire to retire) scope.Maintain data and prepare report for various process.Providing a high level of support for internal customers, with accurate and timely processing of information for all stakeholders, while ensuring that quality controls are maintained.Provide support to HR community, managers and employees in various HR-related topics.Communicating information regarding policies and standards on assigned processes to internal customers in a clear and concise manner to ensure understanding and adoption.Recommends enhancements and simplification of existing processes and procedures based on experience with customers.We are living Hitachi Energy core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

　　Your Background:

　　Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.Candidate must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for Hitachi Energy in the United States.1-2 years of experience in HR.Good Microsoft Excel skills preferred.Experience in an international company with matrix organization preferred.Knowledge of ADP Global View, Workday or ServiceNow ticketing tools preferred.Pro-active and can-do mindset.You have got excellent communication skills, customer service orientation and teamwork ability.
