Your responsibilities
• Support local Organization with HR processes
• Complete overview and support on the employee lifecycle and time management system processes
• Identify and eliminate unnecessary complexity within HR business processes and facilitate a better way of working
• Support Continuous Improvement initiatives with impact primary on Local level for the HR Operations Organization
• Elaborate reporting requests (incl. analysis) as well as the responsibility for local content management
Your background
• You demonstrate solid experience as HR Operations Generalist / Specialist in manufacturing Companies, preferably multinationals
• You play as Team player within local Business Organization
• You can work in a fast-paced environment where is needed the interaction with multiple stakeholders
• You feel comfortable working with MS Office tools. Any previous experience with SAP and Workday are appreciated
• Italian and English language proficiency is requested, any additional language is considered a plus
