About the Team:
Our overall mission is to provide streamlined HR operations service and to enhance employee experience. The HR Operations team endeavors to continuously build and deliver a seamless and positive employee experience across the whole employee lifecycle. We are dedicated to leading with care and have empathy in mind. We strive to develop efficient and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. We aspire to ensure employees feel heard and that they are given the appropriate resources and support needed to be effective and efficient during their careers. The ideal candidate is someone who is highly motivated with a positive attitude, and exhibits patience, teamwork, critical thinking, and emotional intelligence. Specifically, we are looking for someone who can work transversely across teams and projects, who can interact with various cross-functional teams, overseas and lead continuous HR process optimization projects, HR operations quality management, HRIS implementation & revamp, employee engagement and communication by implementing sound project management practices, team management and leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Support regional HR Operations improvement projects both long-term or ad-hoc to relentlessly drive operational efficiency, create scalable solutions, and enhance employee experience;
- Partner closely with Global COE teams to ensure the best processes and practices are designed, and implemented in the region. Additionally, partner with all lines of HR such as HR Operations, HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, HRIS to identify needs or opportunities for process improvements, and gain resources to implement the change;
- Design and develop necessary tools to support other functions in order to promote internal resources, and improve knowledge around HROP processes;
- Strong ownership and responsibility for quality, analysis, and overall communication plans;
- Support ad-hoc research projects and various operational tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of HR service related work experience;
- Project management and change management experience is preferred;
- Cross regions/countries HR operation experience is preferred;
- Strong problem-solving, flexibility, and good interpersonal and communication skills.

Job Information
[For Pay Transparency] Compensation Description (annually)
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $80000 - $150000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
