As Guidepoint works to achieve its mission of making individuals, businesses, and the world smarter through personalized knowledge-sharing solutions, the Tokyo, Japan office is looking for a Human Resources Manager to help improve our culture and people programs.

  After a few months on the job: As Guidepoint’s new HR Manager located in our office in Tokyo, Japan, you will embrace the opportunity to shape a high-performing organization, using your sound ideas and management skills to create and implement programs that help employees contribute at their full potential.

  東京オフィスにおける、人事全体のアドミン業務、コーディネーションや人事部の評価、および日々の人事業務や、人事部およびGuidePointのエンプロイヤーブランド形成業務 人事における優先課題を見極め、企業文化や従業員エンゲージメントにフォーカスしてのサポート れた人材の定期材適所を見極め、企業文化やエンプロイリーエンゲージメントに焦点を当てた取り組みの支援 目標設定、パフォーマンスのレビュー、プロセスとコミュニケーションに関するマネージャーの指導などの、パフォーマンスに関する業務 福利厚生や給与支払い業務 社外ネットワークとのイベントの従業員への特典やイベントの実施 トレーニング 

  入社者をはじめとする研修、組織開発やインセンティブ制度の実施 パフォーマンスの高いチームを構築し、リーダーシップ能力と組織の有効性を向上させるためビジネスリーダーやマネージャーへの指導やコーチング YOUR ROLE:

  HR Management Responsibility for the overall administration, coordination and evaluation of the human resource function at our Tokyo office, executing the day-to-day HR business and contributing to further shape the HR function and Guidepoint’s employer brand Work directly with management to identify top people priorities and supporting initiatives with focus on culture and employee engagement Oversee performance management process to include goal setting, performance reviews as well as coaching managers on process and communication Administrate employee benefits and payroll Execute in office employee perks such as snack programs and coordinate all external employee events Training Organization of employee onboarding, training and development as well as incentives. Guide and coach business leaders and managers on building high performing teams, increasing leadership capabilities, and organizational effectiveness 応募条件 

  大学から3年以上経過し、3年以上クリエイティブな労働環境内でのリテンションや企業文化の構築の経験 日本の労務、福利厚生やその他人事に関する知識 新卒採用のイベントを含む採用契約、スカウトなどの実施的な採用業務経験 マイクロソフトやATSが使いこなせる グルーバルな環境の中、自立的に、率先して働くことができる 環境が変化し、期限厳守において、効果的に業務遂行しながら、社内の人へのコンサルテーションができる プロジェクトマネジメントスキル;仕事量の適正化やそのプランニング、正確性、細部への気遣いを示せること 起業家精神を持ったチームプレイヤーで、”やればできる”という積極性をもって、結果を出すという、意識の高い立ち振る舞い 人間構築力と世界的業界標準へとに推進する力 日英での読み書き、口頭での高いコミュニケーション力 WHAT YOU HAVE:

  A degree from a 3+ year university as well as 3+ years of experience in employee retention and culture enhancement programs within a creative work environment Deep knowledge of Japanese labor law, social and welfare benefits, and HR administration Prior experience planning, directing and leading recruiting and new hire events including graduate fairs and events Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office Suite and Applicant Tracking Systems The willingness to work autonomously in a fast-paced international environment An internal consultant mindset, with proven experience to operate effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Proven excellence in project management skills: prioritizing workload, planning and organizing, demonstrating high levels of accuracy, attention to detail and professional delivery Strong team player characteristics with entrepreneurial mindset and “can-do” attitude along with pro-active, results-oriented work style and highly professional conduct Excellent relationship building skills and the ability to drive best practices globally Fluent Japanese and English is a must, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills 職場環境
