Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a HR Manager to join us on our Coop contract based in Andover. As a HR Manager you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR function providing strategic vision and support in continuingly developing the depot, culture and the team.
This a full-time position permanent position, predominantly a Monday - Friday role working 08:00 - 16:30, however being a managerial role, we do ask for a level of flexibility.

What you'll do on a typical day as a HR Manager:
Accurately managing HR KPI's on site, to include absence, headcount and other key measurables Lead & develop onsite People agenda Coaching and training Managers and Supervisors on HR matters, process and policies Implementing and maintaining efficient HR processes Continuous Improvement initiatives within the HR department
What you need to succeed at GXO:
CIPD qualified or qualified by experience Adaptable and able to work within a rapidly changing environment Practiced in dealing with trade unions and associated collective agreements Previous ER caseload management experience We engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.
