  YOUR ROLE

  Overall administration, coordination and execution of the Human Resources function at our Seoul office, handling the day-to-day HR business practices and contributing to further shape the HR function and Guidepoint’s employer brand Execution of employee perks in office and coordinates all external employee events Ownership of the talent acquisition process which includes identifying, sourcing, and assessing viable candidates for immediate and strategic hiring Key contact for employees from the offer stage to departures, including the organization of employee onboarding, training and development, benefits administration and payroll processing Assessment and optimization of existing HR processes and structures, design and implementation of creative and innovative approaches for employer branding, recruitment, and retention Partner with Guidepoint management in organizational design, team development, compensation structure, performance monitoring, and building an inspiring, rewarding culture Close collaboration with counterparts and stakeholders in our US, EMEA and APAC offices WHAT YOU HAVE

  3+ years of experience in a similar role as a HR Manager or proven relevant experience Strong team player with entrepreneurial mindset and “can-do” attitude along with pro-active, results-oriented work style and highly professional conduct Strong attention to detail for effective and efficient completion of responsibilities and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced international environment Knowledge of and curiosity for latest HR trends and the ability to apply them in daily business Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Korean Solid Knowledge of South Korea labor law, social and welfare benefits WHAT WE OFFER
