Your responsibilities:

　　You will support Talent Partner for Long list and interview arrangement.Your role includes HR Operations team to support blue collars recruitment.You will support Campus Recruitment and Global Trainee Program implementation (CV longlist selection, onboarding communication etc.)You will support employee file archiving.You will support intern onboarding and separation daily work.You will support special leave quota generation in time system.Living Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity, which means taking responsibility for your own actions while caring for your colleagues and the business.

　　Your background:

　　You hold a bachelor's degree and above.Handson experience in word, excel, PowerPoint.You will be working at least 4 days or above per week.Good computer skill in Microsoft office Word, Excel or PowerPointGood teamwork and service awareness. Patience and kind at work. Take action quickly.Good communication and interpersonal skills working under pressure.Good in English listening, speaking, reading and writing, Japanese is a plus.
