ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT
The local HR team is an international team responsible for defining and driving the People agenda for our Amsterdam HQ and Benelux office. Together with our broader HR function, we are responsible for managing various aspects of people related matters, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and talent development and everything in between.
THE ROLE
This internship offers a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR topics while contributing to the overall success of Coty. You will get exposure to a dynamic and supportive work environment.
As an HR Intern, you will work closely with our HR team to support various HR activities and opportunities to work on meaningful HR projects. Next to this, it is a fantastic chance to build your network within the company.
Your focus will be on supporting the fundamentals of HR (HR services, Talent Acquisition, Onboarding etc.). You will contribute to developing new ways of working and support in exciting projects.
Tasks and Responsibilities will include:
Advise managers with regards to the recruitment process and guide them throughout this process. Assist in the resolution of employee inquiries and issues, ensuring a positive employee experience. Support the onboarding program in order to provide excellent Candidate and Employee Experience. Support the coordination of training programs and employee development initiatives. Assist and advise in compliancy with employment laws and regulations. Participate into various HR-related projects Generate reports, analyze HR data as needed and share recommendations.
REQUIREMENTS

Is reliable and likes to be counted on and able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Attention to details to rigorously build/review/challenge plans or executions. Good level of English (and Dutch is a huge plus) For International students: As an EU citizen you will need to be enrolled in a European university for the whole duration of the internship. For non-EU citizens, you will need to be enrolled in a Dutch university for the whole duration of this internship program.
PERIOD
This internship is full-time (40 hours per week), for a duration of 5-6 months and starts from February 2023. You will receive an internship allowance and NS Business Card if you do not have a student public transport card. The internship can be combined with a thesis. Be aware that this will largely have to be done in your own time.
