  Job Description

  If you have a serious career interest in Human Resources, we have the perfect opportunity for you at Intel Human Resources Global Operations (HRGO) Organization. We are looking for people that want to make an impact in our employees' lives. This job offers the opportunity to have exposure to the various HR Global Operations functional groups through a variety of challenging assignments and roles. In this role you are expected to be customer (employee) obsessed, drive efficiency and promote innovation while maintaining high standards of professionalism and integrity and exercising business partnering.

  Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:

  Rotating among the HR Global Operational functional areas (HR Contact Center, Global Integrated Services, Global Mobility)Interacting with Intel Employees (who are our customers) to help them resolve issues and questions that relate to all HR programs, policies and guidelinesUnderstanding end-to-end, business impact and requirements to implement process improvements within all functional areasAnalyzing quality data and review trends to ensure enhancement are developed based on the higher operations returnProviding direct support to the operation by building Automation tools to make the process faster and less prone to errorsAcquiring knowledge of business processes and tools to be able to run operational tasks upon organization's needs

  Qualifications

  Minimum Qualifications:

  The candidate should have a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Systems Engineering Statistic or similarAttention to detail with ability to deliver quality output whilst working under pressure and to tight timelinesStrong customer service orientation and active listening skillsetGood communication and collaboration skills are requiredPlanning structure and excellent time management are neededCognitive flexibility to learn fast and adapt to new environmentsEnglish fluency both written and verbal

  Preferred Qualifications:

  Advanced Excel skills and Automation capabilities in tools such as Macros Power Query or similar are desirableProblem solving skillsAbility to be versatile coping with ambiguity and work odd hours when required

  Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.

  Working Model

  This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site. In certain circumstances the work model may change to accommodate business needs.
