Job Description
The HR Generalist manager will provide leadership and generalist support to the organization, providing vital guidance to leaders within the business, and ensuring that each location?s team has strong HR partnership in matters of performance management, employee relations, annual planning and review, and general operations for the account.
Job Responsibilities
Act as HR business partner for functional and operational team leads
Partner with senior leadership to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and drive results/impact.
Ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services to include, but not limited to, performance management, compensation planning, talent reviews, etc.
Build and implement organizational effectiveness strategies focused on driving employee engagement and retention.
Support enterprise diversity and inclusion initiatives through partnership with business leaders to develop inclusive and cohesive teams.
Drive adherences to compliance or policies and procedures
Participate in enterprise-wide initiatives/projects as assigned.

Qualifications
Minimum 5 - 7 years of progressive experience as an HR Generalist, with strong organization capability/organization development, change management, and talent management experience.
Experience utilizing HR technology and analytics.
HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP) a plus.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR Development, Labor Relations, OD or related business field.
Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale change initiatives.
Proven ability to partner, communicate and consult with executive and senior-level leadership routinely and effectively.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Travel: 20%
