Job Description
Provides front line strategic human resource partnership as a HR Generalist for 40 employees, ensuring all Human Resources functions and activities run effectively, efficiently, and in accordance with all applicable Swedish labour laws. Must have experience in working with the Union and collective bargaining. Capable of successfully leading complex HR initiatives and analysis and special projects as assigned and provide work direction and guidance to all associates. Must have a strong understanding and familiarity with recruitment best practices, as this will be a large part of the role.
Skills and Requirements
Swedish & English written & spoken capability is a must.
At least 7 years progressive experience in Site Human Resources.
Bachelor's Degree.
Strong knowledge of the Union engagement & CBA, Labor Code and all relevant Swedish employment regulations, laws, and typical worker practices relevant to R&D environment required.
Knowledge of recruitment best practices, HR business partnering, compliance, and GDPR.
Must understand onboarding & offboarding procedures. MNC experience, preferred.
Knowledge of labour laws in Germany. null
