  We're looking for a Student to join our HR team in Granollers Factory (Barcelona).

  The HR function leads, as a strategic partner, the transformation of the organization to deliver high performance and sustained profitable business growth by attracting, retaining and developing talents, building critical capabilities, developing lean systems and processes and embedding the Coty values.

   THE ROLE

  This internship supports Human Resources Team

   As an Intern, You Will

  Have a unique opportunity to learn and be part of a multinational company. Work with multi-functional teams. Collaborate in the management of the remote work policy for office staff. Participate in the coordination of the onboarding process of new employees. Participate in the implementation of the FY24 training plan, preparation and coordination of training actions and attendance monitoring. Collaborate in keeping the training database updated and in obtaining data that will allow future actions to be taken. Support the HR department's daily operations Identify improvement opportunities

   What you will bring

  We are looking for candidates who are:

  Interested in learning about the Human Resources area. Students/graduates of higher education studies (Business administration, Engineering, Economics, Management preferable) Proactive, curious and committed to delivering results Strong communication skills and teamwork Fluent in English Advanced in Excel. You will need to show strong ownership, autonomy and discipline as well as excellent collaboration skills to succeed in this position.

   WHAT YOU'LL BRING

  The profile we are looking for:

  Experience in HR is NOT required, though it is a plus, Analytical: you are able to understand complex concepts and solve problems by applying logical thinking, Communication: you are clear and concise and communicate in an ordered and "to the point" manner, English: confident speaking and writing, as you will need it on a daily basis.
