To be successful in this role, you should have relevant education and experience, and excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. You should have a positive and proactive approach and be able to handle multiple tasks and projects effectively.
Main responsibilities:
You will independently handle the Employee Lifecycle related processes, such as On- and Offboarding, and provide assistance with the Point of Sales (POS) recruitment process and Recruiting Events. You are the contact person for our German-speaking Point of Sales (POS) and corporate office employees on all HR-admin related topics. Prepare and update employment contracts as required. Maintain and update employee records and databases whilst ensuring data accuracy. Be the Superuser and main point of contact of the Time Attendance system. Monitor, analyze and report on HR metrics, such as turnover, retention, engagement, and satisfaction, and provide recommendations for improvement. Monitor and report the rolling forecast of the personnel budget. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, and ensure they are communicated and followed by all employees. Plan and organize employee engagement and recognition initiatives, such as surveys, awards, and feedback sessions. Work closely with internal and external HR stakeholders (including (EMEA/Global CoEs) and ensuring a smooth flow of information
Qualifications
Qualifications & Experience:
HR specialist certificate or equivalent further training. 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar admin role, preferably in the field of human resources, paired with good knowledge of Swiss employment law and social security system. Very good German and English language skills, spoken and written, French is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with high level of diplomacy, confidentiality, and integrity. Ability to communicate and work efficiently with diverse groups of people in an international environment. Facility to deal with ambiguity and adapt. Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. "Can-Do" mentality with an organized, structured way of working. Attention to detail, accuracy, and quality. Self-motivated, proactive, service -and results oriented. Team player, with a positive and collaborative attitude
