Currently seeking an HR Generalist 3
Roles and Responsibility
Provide expertise in regard to company policies, benefits, programs, and employee handbook Answer and address employee HR-related questions and concerns Assist in researching and resolving employee relations inquiries and issues in a timely manner Coordinate benefits inquiries with our central benefits administrator Stay updated on the latest HR regulations, trends, and best practices Assist in processing leave requests and complaints, necessary investigations, and disciplinary actions Conduct exit interviews and recommend actions based on insights when necessary Provide HR support to the business; answering employee and manager questions about HR programs, policies, and other HR-related items (e.g. performance enablement, organizational development/design, team/manager/leader effectiveness, career development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, navigating transitions, high risk reorgs). May support the business through HR cyclical programs such as performance management, compensation planning, and employee engagement Other people program projects/initiatives as needed
Skills required
- Demonstrated knowledge of the HR field, including an understanding of federal, state, and local employment regulations
- Experience handling HR team members supporting multiple functions
- Ability to manage teams as well as individual assignments while working with People Parrners, People consultants and Employee Relations POC's
- Results-oriented with a track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, optimism, execute with speed, and integrity
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion
- Ability to work and problem solve in an ambiguous, fast paced environment with minimal supervision

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required 5-7 years of experience as HR Generalist in a Tech organization Proficient with G Suite
