Qualifications:
Minimum of two (2) years' exhilarating human resources experience
Proficiency in Spanish and English – ¡Hablas español? ¡Perfecto!
Proven experience managing multiple employee inquiries with finesse, all while dancing to the rhythm of frequent, ongoing, rigid deadlines.
Expertise in managing confidential information – you're the guardian of secrets!
Well-versed in the artistry of accounting and payroll software
Proficient with computers and can perform magic with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Three to five years of overall Human Resources experience – you're not just good, you're seasoned!
Demonstrated experience in benefit administration – you know the benefits groove!
Prior experience with ADP payroll systems – you've mastered the beat!
salary: $21 - $24 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Payroll Processing:
Run the payroll process, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of all processed data.
Stay informed about payroll laws, tax regulations, and continuously improve processes.
Act as a liaison with the payroll processing company for timely and accurate filing, payment, and reconciliation of payroll taxes.
Tax Preparation:
Prepare and file sales tax returns with relevant government agencies.
Yearly preparation and distribution of IRS tax forms, including 1099s.
Benefits Administration:
Work with insurance companies to register employees for health and welfare benefits programs.Financial Reconciliation:
Reconcile all bank and credit card accounts on a daily basis.
Prepare monthly commissions reports.
Employee Management:
Manage the onboarding process for new employees, handling paperwork, background checks, and orientations.
Oversee offboarding procedures, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
Maintain a database of personnel information and accurate payroll records.
Serve as an initial point of contact for employee questions, issues, or requests.
Financial Administration:
Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable duties.Human Resources Support:
Administer the performance appraisal process.
Assist with salary compensation studies and analysis.
General Administrative Tasks:
Handle various other administrative tasks as needed.Skills
