Job Summary
This position is responsible for overall support of the organization to provide Human Resources services to the company. It will play a critical role in the talent acquisition, on-boarding, benefits and HRIS. This position is the first point of contact for all employees to ask questions about policies, procedures and HR related topics. The role will interact with all levels of the company and work to instill the positive culture across the organization.
Job Responsibilities
Coordinate in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Update and maintain HRIS system with new hires & terminations.
Administer benefit plans (add, remove and reconcile members) and work on open enrollment.
Conduct employee onboarding and new hire experience
Create and coordinate the company newsletter.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
Undertake tasks around performance management.
Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying new perks and benefits and organizing team building activities.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Any other tasks assigned by management.
Education/Experience
Bachelor's degree required or equivalent work experience.
3+ years’ experience in a Human Resources.
3+ years’ experience analyzing data, performing calculations, and producing reports.
Experience in a fast-paced business environment with an ability to adapt quickly to change.
Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
Good knowledge of employment/labor laws
Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; Word and Excel most used.
Knowledge of HRIS systems (e.g. UKG) will be a plus
Excellent communication and people skills
Superior attention to detail and follow-up skills
Aptitude in problem-solving
Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
