Human Resources Coordinator
We are looking for an enthusiastic and people-driven HR Coordinator (100%) to undertake a variety of HR and administrative tasks in (preferrably) Hamburg or Munich . Do you have an affinity for people processes and services?

Roles and responsibilities
Act as a direct HR point of contact for employees queries related to various HR processes and issuesAdvise employees on German-specific labor laws; sick leave, maternity leave, pension withdrawal, reference letters, child allowance, etc.Liaise with cross-functional teams to gather feedback and resolve employee issues in a timely mannerMaintain accurate online records of employee information in our HRIS: Workday, e.g. absence controlSupport the employee life cycle; on-boarding, off-boarding, leave management, transfers, etc.Prepare payroll documentation and work closely with our local payroll providersCollaborate with internal and external departmentsPrepare weekly or monthly reportingProcess and issue various employment documentationRecommend process improvements for existing HR processesRun reports, analyze data, understand existing trends and provide insights on existing processes for both growing and or changing user needsOn-boarding and cross-training existing and or new team membersOther job tasks (Ad Hoc and regular) and project work, as requiredYou are not required to already be an expert in all the mentioned tasks, however, you should show an interest and be willing to learn!
Your profile
A Bachelor's/Master's degree, or relevant experience with a focus on HR would be preferredAt least 2 year of HR experience (HR Operations, HR Process Management, Employee or Customer-service, On- and Off-boarding)Experience using G-Suite and MS Office 365Confidential handling of personal data comes natural to youExperience in a customer facing role is highly beneficialStrong verbal and written communication skills both in English and German (at least B2)Familiarity with the German Labor law framework and practicesIndependent and well-structured working style with a hands-on, can-do attitudeExceptional problem-solving, organizational, analytical and critical thinking skillsVery high attention to detail
