Manages employee data in core HR systems including external portals related to Medical Services (ARBO) and Labor Insurance Agency (UVW)Performs HR data audits and reporting when required.Administer/ handle end to end process for new hires, including background check verification, documents collection and creation of employment contracts.Administer/ handle end to end process for off boarding of employees including assistance with Exit InterviewsAssist when needed with the hiring process for external Staffing Agency Temporary workers.Assist, track and coordinate the management of employment contract extensions and employment contract changes.First point of contact for employee and manager questions through HR Ticket System.Assists with the management of Family Leave requests related to Parental Leaves, Partner Leaves and Short-Term Care leaves through Time Management systemAssists and coordinates the management of employment contract extensions and changes.Assist with coordinating programs, training and onsite team events as needed. Work on projects in region and International as assigned.Promote the World Wide Technology Core Values and Corporate Goals

Education and Experience:
MBO 4 Level College Diploma in Human Resources or Para-Legal area with proven internship experience orBachelor's degree in Human Resources orCombination of relevant work experience in Human Resources and education will also be considered.
Working Hours:
This is a fulltime 40 hour per week position BUT we are open to discussing with the right candidate a 36 or 32 hours per week.
