Description
The HR Department of our healthcare client in Dublin is looking for a temporary onsite Front Office/HR Support.
Duties of the Front Office/HR Support will include:
Provide assistance for front desk phone and greeter duties, including phone screening, referring messages,
answering questions and Ask HR tickets, ensure all unassigned Ask HR tickets are appropriately assigned to the right person, transferring calls, scheduling, word processing, faxing and scanning.
Maintain personnel and human resources related files. Responsible for maintaining and filing all documents;
organizes file room, including track and maintain employee records stored with Iron Mountain.
Manage Uniform Program, coordinate and communicate annual uniform allotment event, manage VC Uniform
inbox, place orders for new hires, audit uniform invoices, escalate uniform inquires as needed.
Sorts and distributes mail to and from the department.
Maintains and processes identification badges for employees, volunteers, students and third-party.
Offers HR support for annual events and hospital wide orientation events.
Assists HRBPs with updating required labor posters.
HRIS Experience
One-year HR experience
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
Proficiency in typing and word processing skills essential, spreadsheets/database experience preferred.
Proficient with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
High degree of accuracy and detailed oriented.
Excellent organizing and multi-tasking skills.
