Eaton's looking for a HR Communication Specialist to work at our Juarez plant.
What you'll do:
Job Summary
Develop impactful communications to enhance the employee experience. The HR Communication Specialist will help plan, develop, and execute internal communications and programs and will help to assist the Plant Manager and staff members in their activities; make meeting request as needed; Eaton's conference rooms control, organize communications meetings, plan and organize visitors' travels. Execute communication posts, special campaigns, company special events and community service activities. Other activities as needed.
Job Responsibilities
• Create and edit impactful and engaging HR and general content for employees that effectively describes and promotes programs and initiatives in support of the organization's goals and culture, including HR-lead events, iERGs, and policy updates.
• Follow up with Staff and concentrate the information in order to prepare the Monthly Communications Meeting presentation on PowerPoint.
• Coordinate meetings in the Eaton Bravos Conference room.
• Make translations of information to staff as needed.
• Plan and execute visitors travel agenda, stay, catering, meetings, etc.
• Provide assistance to employees as needed.
• Elaborate and coordinate communication post, reports and campaigns supporting HR department.
• Send all employees birthdays and work anniversary emails.
• Support HR in special company events.
• Support Community Service Committee activities.
• Coordination of the special transport service for visits, trips, events or activities that require it.
• Coordinate the schedule and itinerary of the visits.
• Management of the car/truck utility and coordination of payments and billing with the supplier.
• Other activities as needed.

Qualifications:
1. Education level required
Bachelor's Degree
2. Years and area of experience required
2+ years of experience in the same position or similar.
