TikTok is the leading destination for short-form mobile video. Our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. TikTok has global offices including Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, Berlin, Dubai, Singapore, Jakarta, Seoul, and Tokyo.

  Why Join Us

Creation is the core of TikTok's purpose. Our platform is built to help imaginations thrive. This is doubly true of the teams that make TikTok possible. Together, we inspire creativity and bring joy - a mission we all believe in and aim towards achieving every day. To us, every challenge, no matter how difficult, is an opportunity; to learn, to innovate, and to grow as one team. Status quo? Never. Courage? Always. At TikTok, we create together and grow together. That's how we drive impacts on ourselves, our company, and the communities we serve. Join us.

  About the Team

We are looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing TikTok Operations and Global Functions HR team in the EMEA region based in London. As an HR Business Partner, you will support your organization's teams across the entire talent lifecycle. The role will be expected to strategize and collaborate with corporate, local, and Center of Excellence (CoE) HR team members to identify growth opportunities, engage and retain employees through HR initiatives, and aid in establishing an efficient organizational design. A hybrid work schedule with 3 days in the office is required to support employees in person. RTO plans are reviewed every six months and may be increased based on local circumstances.

  Specifically, you will:

  - Coach employees and teams on people-related matters including talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team dynamics.

  - Enhance employee development & management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback; execute a goal-setting agenda with 360 performance evaluations and oversee the formal performance review and calibration process.

  - Ability to manage HR processes such as transfers, organizational changes, data and reporting, system changes, and more.

  - Measure and monitor trends and the impact of key HR metric/KPIs dashboards to facilitate change and drive key insights and decisions that support growth and retention.

  - Proactively manage and resolve employee relations issues; ensure manager and employee compliance with company policies and procedures; partner with Employee Relations and Legal departments to support investigations, as needed.

  - Leverage the COEs (HR Centers of Excellence) to develop and implement programs that foster employee engagement, D&I, and success.

  - Champion HR initiatives to support Diversity and Inclusion throughout the organization, including the rollout of action plans and guiding leaders regarding mentorship, development, and promotion of diverse employees.

  - Facilitate communication, collaboration, and engagement across all areas of the business.

  Qualifications

  - Minimum 8+ years of experience in Human Resources, as a Generalist, Business Partner, or Human Capital consultant.

  - 3-5 years as a Human Resources Business Partner in a high-growth company.

  - Experience supporting international clients, stakeholders, and colleagues across US, Europe, and Asia.

  - Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence, drive change, and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization and challenge the status quo.

  - Comfort with ambiguity; strong judgment and ability to make thoughtful decisions leveraging data and insights.

  - Demonstrated progression and increased scope in a matrix, high-growth organization. Prior experience supporting and working in a Tech Business environment is preferred.

  - Deep business acumen to grow businesses through the ongoing development and support of its people.

  - BA/BS degree required; MBA or advanced degree in Human Resources Management preferred; certifications and course work in specific areas of HR expertise a plus, including coaching certification.

TikTok is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. Our platform connects people from across the globe and so does our workplace. At TikTok, our mission is to inspire creativity and bring joy. To achieve that goal, we are committed to celebrating our diverse voices and to creating an environment that reflects the many communities we reach. We are passionate about this and hope you are too.
