About the team
Global E-Commerce's Governance and Experience (GNE) is a global team responsible for ensuring a safe and trustworthy marketplace for not only our buyers, but also our sellers and creators. We constantly work on areas such as risk detection abilities, fairness and sustainability of the EC ecosystem, content and commodity quality, friction-free experiences to drive improvement. Our "users" include buyers, sellers, creators and internal business teams.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of 4 HRBPs and work as HRBP Leader to provide strategic HRBP support for a Global Business Line - Serivce and Moderation team, which consists of ~900 employees globally.
1. Partner with business leader and translate business objectives into a strategic HR roadmap, with supporting initiatives and action plans
2. Design, monitor, and measure HR plan and metrics to facilitate change and drive key insights and decisions that support growth and retention
3. Coach business leaders on people-related matters, including talent assessment, development and succession, and organization effectiveness etc
4. Drive critical initiatives such as organization design, HC plan and change mangement etc.
5. Enhance employee development & management throughout the year via different mechasnim from probation management, performance management, career planning, and etc.
6. Ensure manager and employee compliance with company policies and procedures, and partner with ER and Legal team to support investigation as needed
7. Parnter with HR COE team to actively drive deparment wide HR initiatives
8. Provide coaching and guidance to the HRBP team, and able to develop a high-performing HRBP team
Qualifications
Qualifications
- 8+ years of HR experience in high-growth company,minimum of 3 years of experience managing teams of 3+ HR Generalists and/or HR Business Partners
- Experience supporting international clients, stakeholders, and teams across the global
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence, drive change and communicate effectively across all levels of an organization and challenge the status quo.
- Comfort with ambiguity; strong judgment and ability to make thoughtful decisions leveraging data and insights.
- Successful track record of designing and implementing people programs while balancing the business objectives
- Deep business acumen to grow businesses through the ongoing development and support of its people
-Optimistic, energetic, and solution-oriented approach with hands-on ability to get things done.
