About the Team
We are looking to hire a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing TikTok Operations and Global Functions HR team in the Americas based in Sao Paolo. As an HR Business Partner, you will support your organization's teams across the entire talent lifecycle. The role will be expected to strategize and collaborate with corporate, local, and Center of Excellence (CoE) HR team members to identify growth opportunities, engage and retain employees through HR initiatives, and aid in establishing an efficient organizational design.
Specifically, you will:
- Coach employees and teams on people-related matters including talent assessment, development and succession, organization effectiveness, and high-performing team dynamics.
- Enhance employee development & management throughout the year by providing coaching, mentoring, and timely feedback; execute a goal-setting agenda with 360 performance evaluations and oversee the formal performance review and calibration process.
- Provide guidance and assist in the implementation of business restructures, workforce planning, and headcount modeling.
- Ability to manage HR processes such as transfers, organizational changes, data and reporting, system changes, and more.
- Measure and monitor trends and the impact of key HR metrics and dashboards to drive HR needs planning.
- Proactively manage and resolve employee relations issues; ensure manager and employee compliance with company policies and procedures; partner with Employee Relations and Legal departments to support investigations, as needed.
- Leverage the COEs (HR Centers of Excellence) to develop and implement programs that foster employee engagement, D&I, and success.
Qualifications
- 4-7 years of Human Resources working experience, preferably within a generalist or HR operations capacity.
- 1+ years of experience partnering with and supporting international colleagues, stakeholders, and client groups.
- Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence, collaborate and communicate effectively.
- Experience working in a global/cross-cultural environment.
- Demonstrated progression and increased scope in a matrixed, high-growth organization.
- Deep business acumen in building and growing a business while providing ongoing development and support to employees.
- Prior experience supporting and working in a Tech Business environment is preferred.
-Hybrid work schedule with 2 days in the office required to support employees in person. RTO plans are reviewed every six months and may be increased based on local circumstances.
