your main tasks:
Post-merger HR integration Supporting the successful development of the company as part of the local management teamProvide support to employees and managers for all HR related issues, as well as resolving multi-faceted and complex issuesPartner and align with Business Unit HR, Centers of Excellence for Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards and Talent Development as well as the Shared Services CentersContribute to the launch and implementation of group-wide strategies, programs and initiativesContribute to local and cross-site HR projects (including post-merger integration)Recruitment of specialist staffCoordination and implementation of organizational changes, individual personnel measures and disciplinary measuresImplementation and execution of HR processes (performance management, development planning, compensation planning, succession planning)Job evaluation and compensation determinationFurther development of existing tools and processes
Requirements:
Successfully completed degree in business administration or business law with a focus on human resources or further education with relevant experience in the required area of responsibility.Several years of experience in a generalist and responsible position; ideally in an international group environment (matrix organization)High level of service orientation, commitment and dedicationOrganizational talent and structured way of workingVery good communication skills and confident appearanceExperience in change management is an advantageGood knowledge of labor, tax and social security lawVery good MS Office skills; experience with relevant HR toolsGood written and spoken English and fluent German skills
